Every writer and wannabe writer has an idea. Fewer of both act upon that idea. Fewer still develop, refine and complete that idea. It took The Tryphon Odyssey many years before it became a serious project, more still until it was completed, split and the first 164k words of 241k words became that first book in The Voyage Series. Other projects and side projects have emerged since the first idea when laid up tripping on painkillers for a week. Some may even be half decent.
