Since being a youngster I've always enjoyed reading. Devouring the local library sparked the imagination and let it run wild in the grim Oop Norf. Bypassing kids books to Sven Hassel, Douglas Reeman, John Harris and Alastair Maclean, Dudley Pope and Tom Clancy ignited a wish to write, but to read more. Much more. Other Genres have come and gone, but a good book, a cracking book and a stonking book are a sanctuary that cannot be denied.
